TOGETHER launches in Mexico
The official launching of the Juntos (Together) campaign in Mexico took place on Thursday 16 March in the subway station ¨Barranca del muerto,” one of the busiest stations in Mexico City.
The key-speakers at the launching event were the UNIC Mexico Director, Giancarlo Summa, the President of TCM, the public company subway which manages the subway and belongs to the municipal government, Jorge Gaviño, and the CEO of ISA, a private firm that manages all advertisement spaces in the subway and is participating pro bono in the Juntos campaign, Hugo Camou.
Several reporters from print, broadcast and internet media covered the launching, during which the first two billboards of the campaign were unveiled. These billboards are now on display in 13 subway stations all over Mexico City, chosen because of their locations (the busiest ones and the closest to areas with high concentration of migrants,) as well as in some stations in the subways of Guadalajara and Monterrey, Mexico’s two other largest cities.
